The buyer is not stating the truth about the item. We have refunded his money because of Ebay's return policy. The buyer uses fowl abusive language in his communications and a bully. We have been distributors with Good Humor for the past 42+ years and have been selling this item for the past 22 years with no complaints from any purchaser of said same product. He purchased the product, possibly copied it and is now taking advantage of eBay return policy. Save yourself grief and block this buyer.
