Q : How can I combine the shipping?
A : For example, you want to order five items at our store and combine them to save on shipping. Follow the below instructions:
1- Find the first item you want to buy and click on "BUY IT NOW" button.
2- It opens up a new page. Review your order details and click on "COMMIT TO BUY" button.
3- This opens up a new page and you will see two buttons. DO NOT click on "Pay Now" button instead click on "Visit Sellers Store" button to continue shopping.
4- Keep repeating these steps until you are done with shopping.
5- When you are done with shopping we will send you a combined invoice which will have $9.95 shipping charges.
- Go ahead and pay for every item you order just like you normally do
- But at the end send us a reminder e-mail then we will refund you the over paid shipping charges when we are processing your order.
Q:Why don't you ship via USPS?
A : Because we process the orders automatically and ship the items from the closest warehouse to the delivery address. Unfortunately USPS (unlike Fedex and UPS) does not allow our warehouses work with them through an automated-integrated system.
Q:Where are your warehouses located?
A : We have six main warehouses throughout the United States:

Q:What should I do if I receive a damaged item or missing item?
A : In the event of damage or shortage to any shipment, if you can, report this to the shipping company and as soon as possible email or call us and let us know what is going on. Please save all original packaging!
Q:What if I have not received my item after five business days?
A : After around five (5) business days if you have not received your item yet please contact us. We will provide you the tracking number and help you out to locate your order as soon as possible
Q:What if Fedex or UPS loses my order?
Occasionally shipping companies can lose the packages. In this case please contact them with the tracking information and file a lost package claim. Call - email us and give us the claim number and we will ship out a new part the same day.

Q:When will you ship my order?
A:We ship Monday - Friday via FEDEX, UPS and USPS. We will ship your order as soon as possible. If your payment is received before 3 pm eastern time, your order will be shipped the same day, if not, it will be shipped the following business day.
Q:What does flat shipping mean?
A : It means whatever your order is (1 item, 2 items, 3 items, 10 items doesn't matter)the shipping is a fixed value (e.g. $9.95). So, you should try to combine your order and do not pay extra for shipping

A : Because you want to save money on shipping charges.

Q:What methods of payment do you accept?
A : We accept paypal payments, money orders, and all major credit cards. To pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express you can either select moneybookers during checkout to pay online with your credit card or you can phone us to process the credit card.

A : We do not charge for handling.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A : We ship almost all of our orders within 1 business day of payment. It generally takes 2 to 3 business days but please keep in your mind delivery might take up to 7 business days due to unforseen reasons. (weather, lost package, damaged package, location...)
Q:What shipping carriers do you use?
A : We ship out packages daily via UPS, FEDEX.
Q:What if I have a problem with an order or a part?
A : Please let us know as soon as possible. Under any circumstances Please do not leave us negative/neutral feedback until after you have contacted us. We will work with you to resolve any problems or issues you have.
Q:How about backordered items?
A : Due to very occasional inventory updating problems (although the item looks available at the time you have placed your order) rarely some items might backorder. If this happens to your order you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an updated delivery date or full refund for the associated item. If you ordered 2 or more items and say 1 item is backordered, if you say OK we will ship you the available item(s) and backordered item will be shipped as soon as it is available and you won't be charged for the second shipment.
Q:Do you have other stores outside of Ebay?
