If you are not completely satisfied with your item, advise us immediately upon receipt and we will issue a return authorization. Returns MUST be sent via INSURED mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (for your protection and ours) in the EXACT condition in which they were shipped within SEVEN (7) days of receipt.  Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.  We strive for satisfied customers and want your repeat business.
