Free Shipping on Additional Products is available only if products can be shipped in one box. In most cases the highest shipping charge is applied.
All Canada Packages are shipped via UPS; All Brokerage Fees & Duty Taxes are to be paid by buyer. Canadian Orders MUST include a phone numbers so UPS Customs can contact you.
International Bidders
We do not accept International Credit Cards.
We only accept PayPal or wire transfer payments for international buyers.
International buyers are also responsible for any & all customs, brokerage and/or taxes to be paid to the courier or their government. GlowShift is not responsible for these charges and we do not have any further information regarding them. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiry regarding this.
Returns:
• You must call and inform us of any issues with-in 14 days of delivery of your merchandise.
• After 14 days of delivery, all sales are final.
• Returns on holiday gifts, must be called in before January 1st.
• If exchanging or returning: products, they must be returned in the NEW condition with the original boxes, all original materials, and instructions manuals.
• Products returned damaged or in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
• All returned, non- defective merchandise carries a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
• An RMA # is required for any shipment back to us. Packages with no RMA will NOT be held for any reason.
• If you received the wrong merchandise please call us within 14 days and we will issue an RMA # as well as a return postage label. We will then ship the correct merchandise out when the wrong products have been received back at our location. |
