Returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION # which can be requested via email if applicable to auctions or store items individual terms. All items returned with out authorization will not be accepted.
If your item is returned to us by USPS (or other shipping service) due to an incorrect or insufficient address, lack of forwarding address or any other such reason, we will try contact you to arrange reshipment and will require payment of additional shipping and handling. If you do not reply or if you choose not to have the item reshipped, we will refund your purchase price if applicable, less shipping and handling charges (including any return postage charged to us by USPS or other carrier) and a restocking charge of up to 20%. | |
