this was a very nice doll. sorry the buyer was not happy. I always stand by my items and help to resolve their problem with shipping the item back.. I do not know anything about the problem with ebay and this buyer on the refund on shipping???

The item shipped fast, was fairly priced, and as pictured. However it smelled so badly of smoke. I soaked it in vinegar, hand washed it, ran it through the dishwasher and it STILL smelled like smoke. There should definitely be something in the description like “comes from smoking home” because it was just so bad. I had to throw it away I couldn’t give it to my 2 year old who loves that character.

I am sorry you was not happy with your item. I always try to stand by my auctions. I do not smoke, but this grandma does have a bad habit of treasure hunting at yardsales and thrift stores. and do not know the history of my items, but try to get them in good condition.

Figure was as photographed; that said, smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. No staining on uniform, but would advise that items be described as having odor to them/ coming from smoking environment. Satisfied with deal.
