My products are guaranateed to be original and authentic. . If you are unhappy with your purchase just contact us (you MUST contact us) withing 3 days of getting it and let us know you would like to return it. It must be in the EXACT IDENTDICAL , RESALEABLE EXCELLENT CONDITION that it was in when it left us. Shipping and handling and insurance are not refundable, and the return s/h/i are the buyers responsibility. If it breaks you will not be refunded, if something happens to it in route you will not be refunded...PLEASE understand this policy. If you don't Call or email first there will be no refund.

Feedback and DSR

We strive for your FIVE STAR RATING every time. Low, 1 or 2 STAR Rating on the DSR Form are devastating to an Ebay business. All it takes is a few 1 and 2 Star Ratings per month and your search standing is jeopardized as are your final value fee refunds. Customers don't know or care much about this stuff but they some do know that negative feedbacks and low ratings of 1 or 2 STARS are literally weapons that can be used against a seller that they don't like or that they have a grievance against. Please do not use these tactics in my store. I don't give out negative feedbacks and I don't think there are any issues that can't be remedied without an email or phone call. Communication:

Email me whenever you like. I answer emails between 12 and 9 pm daily including Sundays. Ocassionally I take a day off and will get to you as soon as I am back online. You have to understand however, I am only human and I may miss an email once in a while in which case I apologize now.

A Private Note About Me....I have Lupus. It is a chronic illness that affects my entire system, from my skin to my brain, and I have had it for 25 years. Having this store enables me to work. But occassionally I do become ill and when I do I put the store on Vacation. I do this rather than try to work trough it as I have found from experience it turns out badly to work while ill. I hope you can all understand and give me a break when this happens. I really appreciate your business more than you could ever know.

We Ship via USPS and most item are shipped FREE EITHER PARCEL POST or with CALCULATED Rate Priority Mail for faster shipping. Both rates INCLUDE INSUSRANCE now. Your item is fully covered for loss or damage.

Why is International Shipping so Expensive?

We do our best to charge 'actual cost only' on all shipping, but PayPal Policies & the US Postal Service have increasingly driven up International shipping costs.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ONLY BY USPS Priority International. Due to PayPal protection policies and insurance requirements that protect buyer & seller, we are forced to ship only by methods that have 'online clickable tracking', and the Post Office ONLY provides this on Priority International or Global Express. We cannot ship First Class because it is not track-able or insurable. We know First Class is cheaper, but we cannot send items without tracking and insurance. We keep the costs down for you in every OTHER way we can AND we insure all items!

*We do use Flat Rate envelopes and Flat Rate boxes as often as possible if it saves you money.

*If the eBay shipping calculator is showing you a figure you feel is too high -- please contact us to verify it for you -- it could be a mistake. Again -- PLEASE NOTE -- we are not making money on shipping! In most cases we lose money and we rarely accidentally overcharge. If we do overcharge you and notice it, we will gladly refund you the difference.
