About us
Hi. I'm Andy Harper. Age 70. I Retired 2012 & began selling thousands of comics I've collected since 1970. The majority of the my comics were bought by me personally off the newsstands or as part of a comic book store I had 1975-1977. My store was called "The Vault of Comics" in Gaithersburg MD, a suburb of Washington DC. I was one of the 1st comic dealers in the Wash/Balt area. I sold my store in 1977, keeping 10,000+ comics. From 1978 to 1985 I did comic cons in DC,NY, New Orleans, Richmond, Philly, Miami, etc. During that time, I maintained my network of comic book dealer friends,buying & selling comics constantly. From 1986-2012 I didn't sell any comics at all concentrating on being a Dad. In 2013 i began this EBay oydessy. I bought comics continually 1970-2012. Marvel, DC, Valiant, Gladstones, etc. Since 1970 I've stored my comics flat & protected.
