 | A: If you are sending a Christmas gift to family here in the USA, then we need to ship NO LATER than December 20th. If you are willing to pay the extra for Express shipping, then we have until the 23rd of December. Remember that we do not guarantee ANY delivery times, we give you the estimates that the United States Postal Service gives us. |
 | Q: What about international orders? How can I make sure a family member overseas gets this by Christmas? |

 | A: If you are sending a package to Central & South America or Africa we need to ship before the 3rd of December. All other countries orders have to ship by the 10th of December. If you're paying for Express International, we need to ship no later than the 11th of December. Global Express Guaranteed has to ship no later than the 18th of December. |
 | Q: How can I be certain that my APO/FPO order will arrive before Christmas? |

 | A: With only one exception; if you place your order prior to Dec 10th, 2009, the United States Postal Service states that you will have your package before the 25th of December. However if your APO/FPO Postal Code begins with 093, you have to have your order placed and shipped prior to Dec 3rd. Keep in mind, acts of nature could slow/stop delivery. |
 | Q: What can I do if this is a Christmas present and it doesn't fit, will I be able to exchange/return it past your 14 day return policy? |

 | A: Unfortunately, we are unable to reveal our reserves. Once an item hits reserve - the listing will change to say that listing has hit its reserve. |

 | A: Now you don't want us to ruin the auction fun for you, do you? We really are unable to reveal our reserves, but most of our item descriptions note the item's retail. Generally, the reserve is set modestly below original retail. |

 | A: I know you're real excited to make your purchase, but as some items are limited we would hate to sell you something we do not have.
