Where to begin on this one..... Let's start with the shipping. As shown in the attached picture, they use simply an express box with no padding and a power supply loose inside. It damaged the screen more in shipping however when I contacted this seller they accused me of trying to get a free laptop. See for yourself. I will say beware as they pack as cheaply as possible and more than likely it will arrive damaged to which you will meet a very harsh accusational answer. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Well, leave negative feedback, but be truthful, at least. 1st, the laptop already had damage, thus, sold for parts. 2nd, it was wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, sandwiched between 2 sheets of corrugated carton, and another layer of wrap. Charger was snug in the box with NO room to move. No additional damages occurred in transit. The buyer was offered to return for a full refund. They said they would much rather dispute the payment with CC instead. Go figure. Happy holidays to you too.

This item arrived fast and in amazing condition. It was even better than described. Such a great deal and no regrets dealing with this seller. If I could offer any words of improvement, just add some extra cushioning in the laptop boxes so they don't slide around and risk damage. Description of the laptop was accurate and covering all I wanted to know.. the price was good.. and shipping to europe reasonably priced at 32$ - that is it was only about half compared to most auctions from US, while still packed well enough to survive 4-5 feet drop to any surface.. and importantly I did not have to endure extra delays or other annoyances with our greedy customs office.
