Q:Feedback ratings.
A:We work hard to provide excellent service and response times. Our shipping prices are clearly stated on each item, please do not buy if you are unhappy with our shipping costs. Our feedback speaks to the great packaging and turnaround time. Help keep costs low by giving us highest feedback ratings - all 5's!
Q:How is your shipping cost calculated?
A:Our shipping is based on a calculation that covers costs associated with shipping items. We use a service that does an excellent job and the prices work out extremely reasonable (most even lower than other sellers)! Shipments are of all new materials, secondary poly bag packaging for added protection and INCLUDE delivery confirmation.
Q:Best Offer -- Best practices.
A:We purchase items at different times so costs will vary per item. Even though we may have multiples of an item, we can only accept reasonable best offers based on my costs of current inventory. Our prices are already VERY LOW so please, do not submit offers that are unreasonable as they will be declined.
Q:Can I submit a Best Offer to include shipping?
A:Please do not submit an offer that includes shipping in the offer price. We cannot include shipping in the item price due to fee structures.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We will send shipments Worldwide and shipping insurance of $1.50 per package is required. You are responsible for all customs duties.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:I will allow for returns within 3 days of receiving the item, only if there was an error in the listing. You should notify me within 2 days of receipt of the item that their is a disrepancy and we will provide an RMA number. No package is accepted without an RMA number.
