How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling will be
calculated based on the actual ship-weight of the item(s). You will generally be
able to chose the mail class that you prefer for cheaper or faster delivery. A
small handling fee is added to each entire order to cover the costs of box,
packing materials, tape, etc. The handling fee is $2 for domestic shipments, $3
for international.
Enter your location and quantity in
the shipping calculation tool at the bottom of the page to see the correct
shipping fee. That is the actual amount you will be charged and already includes
the handling fee.
I'm planning to purchase several of your
items; how should I calculate the combined shipping fee?
At the bottom of each item's
description, you'll see:
The weight of this item (including packing
materials) is: _ lbs _ oz
If you plan to purchase multiple
items and would like to estimate the total shipping fee, you can add up the
weight of each item (there are 16oz per pound) and use the
USPS Postage Calculator
. Our Zip Code is 05764. Don't forget the small handling fee ($2 for
domestic, $3 for international).
For larger orders, the USPS rates
generally only change by the whole pound so you can get a fairly accurate
estimate of the shipping charge by entering a rough estimate of the weight - For
example, an order of 10 Leatherman tools of various models will weigh about 10
pounds. Ebay will calculate the exact shipping weight and provide an
accurate charge on the checkout page. If you notice a significant
difference between the USPS website calculation and eBay's checkout, please
email us and we would be happy to check the total for you and send a corrected
invoice.

and we would be happy to correct the problem for you. Please see our

return/exchange information.
While we do strive
to ensure that every order is processed accurately and efficiently, we
occasionally make mistakes. Any error that we make will be corrected quickly and
with as little customer inconvenience as possible.

Please contact us through eBay's
message service with any questions or concerns about your order. Just click
"Contact Member" in the listing or on our feedback page to send us an email.
Our e-mail messages do occasionally
get filtered out by overly-enthusiastic SPAM filters. If you have sent us a
message and have not received a response. Please check your SPAM folder or
filter. If one of our messages has landed in your SPAM folder, please be sure to
mark it as "not SPAM" to ensure that we will be able to contact you with any
problems or questions about your order. We do not send out any correspondence
that is not directly related to your order unless you have subscribed to our
voluntary mailing list.
We always appreciate an enthusiastic
response to our site - many customers enjoy our site so much that they want to
visit us in person. However, we operate an entirely web-based business and do
not have a brick-and-mortar retail store. Also, we do not currently offer local
pickup service on any of our items. The absence of a retail store helps to keep
our costs down and allows us to offer you the lowest possible prices.

Returns/Exchanges:
All of our products
are brand new and include a valid full manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell
any items that are used, refurbished, demo, remanufactured, grey-market, etc.

Defective Items - We will quickly replace any defective items
returned within 20 days (from the date that it was delivered to you). Beyond
20 days, items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please see the
manufacturer's website for more information about service locations and
warranty claim procedures.

Sealed/Unopened Items - Items that are still sealed in their original
retail packaging may be returned within 20 days (from the date that it was
delivered to you) for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are
not refundable once an item has left our warehouse.

Non-defective opened/used items that are in like-new
condition - may be accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee. Please
contact us first to discuss your specific situation.

Items without
their retail packaging - Unfortunately, our distributors do not accept any
returned items without their original retail packaging. In an exchange, we can
simply keep the replacement item's packaging. However, to receive a refund for
any item, you must include the retail packaging with your return.

Shipping/Handling fees - are not refundable once the order has been
shipped. All returns should be shipped back to us via insured mail pre-paid by
the sender. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the
shipment of an exchanged item.

Privacy:
We will never rent, sell, exchange or in any way make your information
available to third parties.
