Gaiam ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not ship to AK, HI, and Canada, U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations.
U.S. Mail is our primary shipper but Gaiam may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Please allow 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for USPS Mail Parcel Post delivery.
What are your standard shipping fees?
If your item does not qualify for free shipping, Gaiam will charge a flat rate shipping fee based on the total amount of your order.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
At this time, Gaiam does not ship to AK, HI, and Canada, U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations.
Do you ship outside of the 48 Continental United States?
No, but we are always striving to provide the best service possible to our customers. We are currently working on finding ways to ship our products to reach more locations outside of the Continental United States (48 States).
What shipping methods do you use?

Can you Combined Shipping Charges?
Yes, Gaiam does offer combined shipping discounts to our customers for auctions won within a 6 day time period. To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use our Gaiam checkout to complete your order and pay for your items together within one order. Discount rates for Combined Shipping offers are included in the Shipping rates table and are determined by the total amount of your order from Gaiam.
Recycled Packaging
In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. We use clean paper collected from local sources and use 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping.
Payments
PayPal is the only payment method we are able to accept. Your PayPal account must be a U.S. account.
You must complete checkout and payment within 6 days of winning your auction, or your checkout will expire and you will not be able to complete your purchase.
Sales Tax
Gaiam charges sales tax for orders shipped to addresses located in Colorado, New York and Ohio. We automatically compute and add sales tax to those orders on the final checkout page. |
