Q. What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.
Q. Do you combine multiple orders?
We are more than happy to combine shipping for multiple orders. Generally, eBay automatically combines shipping at checkout but at times eBay may not. If eBay does not automatically combine your order, please place your orders individually WITHOUT making payment and we will email you an invoice within 1 day with the combined shipping prices. We are sorry to inform you that we can not quote shipping prices before an order is placed. If you are unsatisfied with the shipping price, you may request for the order to be canceled.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
99% of orders are shipped within 1 business day and the majority of those orders are shipped the same day they are placed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or National holidays.
Q. When will I my order arrive?
We offer economy shipping on most of our items. Economy shipping generally takes 4 to 10 business days for delivery within the United States. Orders shipping outside of the United States generally take 7 to 15 business days for delivery. It is not uncommon for international orders to take a little longer than 15 business days for delivery due to procedures of custom offices.
Q. How can I check my order status?
To check on an order please login to eBay.com and visit the "My eBay" page. If the order has shipped a tracking number will be shown.
Q. Do you ship to military APO / FPO / DPO addresses?
Yes. For the shipping address write APO/FPO/DPO under the city and choose the appropriate state. Use "United States" as the country even if you are elsewhere located overseas.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
On many of our items we offer free shipping. For items we do not offer free shipping on, please use the shipping calculator on the product page. The shipping calculator can be found in the “Shipping and payments” tab.
Q. How much is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories?

Q. Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. To get the shipping cost, please use the shipping calculator on the product page. The shipping calculator can be found in the “Shipping and payments” tab.
Q. Who pays the custom fees and import taxes for international orders?
All custom fees and import taxes associated with international orders are paid for by the customer when their package is delivered. Custom fees and import taxes are paid directly to your local government and not to us.
Q. Can you ship my order to my PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to a PO Box but we prefer to ship to a physical address.
Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately due to the speed we process orders, it is unlikely we can cancel or modify your order. Before making payment please double check the item to confirm if it is the correct item, color, size, quantity, etc. Please email us your request so that we can try our best to accommodate your needs.
Q. Is there a restocking fee on returns?
We are sorry for the inconvenience of charging a restocking fee, but often times than not we incur additonal costs when accepting back returns. When an order is made on eBay, a portion of the payment goes directly to eBay as “commission”. We offer free shipping on a large selection of our items and to cover the shipping charges we incurred for shipping your order a restocking fee is applied to the return.
Q. Is there any way the restocking fee can be waived?
Yes, the only way a restocking fee can be waived is if an exchange order is made. The exchange order must be paid for and be placed prior to sending the original order back to us.
Q. Are all the items in the product pictures sold together or separately?

Yes. Our paper catalog is a the premier military and tactical catalog with over 250
color glossy pages and over 6000 products that we offer. Catalogs can be purchased online

Q. Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
Yes. To receive the best possible service we recommend shipping to a street address. We do ship to PO boxes, but there may be a delay in delivery or additional charges.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to orders shipped into NY state.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately due to the speed of of order processing, in most circumstances we can not change or cancel an order. Please email us your request so that we can try to accommodate your needs.
Q. Do you offer embroidery for your products?
No, our products are sold as is. Personal embroidery or insignias can be done after your order is received.

Q. What happens if the package is refused?
Refused packages are treated as a return. Return shipping charges will be deducted before your refund is issued. We will contact you before we issue you a refund if this situation arises.
Q. What should I do if I received my product damaged?
If you received a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible. If we conclude the item was damaged in transit we will process a claim with the courier and have a new item shipped. If the item had a manufacturer defect, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and have a new item shipped. On rare occasions we may require a picture of the damaged item to have the manufacturer replace the item for you free of charge.
Q. What happens if my package gets lost in transit?
If your package gets lost while in transit we will contact the shipping courier and open a claim with them. The claim process generally takes 1 to 2 weeks to be completed. A replacement item will be shipped once the claim process is completed.
Q. Does your international shipping price include customs fees?
Our shipping price includes only delivery to your address. For orders shipping outside the USA there may be additional customs fees and surcharges imposed by your government.

Q. Can my order be picked up?
Orders placed online can only be shipped from our distribution center via a courier. Local pickups can not be facilitated at this time.
Q. I think I received the wrong item.
If you received wrong item please let us know as soon as possible. Generally, once it is confirmed that that wrong item was received the correct item will be shipped out and a return label will be provided.
