Shipping:
Large life size items can be extremely heavy and are therefore shipped via freight (truck). It is delivered to your door by truck and uncrated. If there is any damage refuse the product and notify us so that we can take care of this for you. Freight will vary so if cost is a concern to you email us for a general price quote.
Smaller and less heavy items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please unpack your item and if there is any damage we need to be notified within 24 hours.
Insurance:
Unless an item is listed as "insurance required" we leave insurance as an option to you. If you prefer to not take insurance on your item then you are accepting the responsibility of possible loss or damage. Once an item is shipped it is out of control.
We therefore cannot accept responsiblity of loss or damage, that is what insurance is for.
Payments:
We accept Paypal, money orders, or cashiers checks. You will receive a winning notice with additional information from Ebay immediately upon winning/buying. Posted s/h rates are for US only. Please email us for international rates. Insurance is optional.
Customer service & return policy
All our products are Satisfaction Guarenteed. If you are unhappy with your item it may be returned under the following conditions. Email us to let us know it is coming back. Product must be returned in original condition, within 15 days of receipt. A full refund will be given for the item amount only. We do not refund shipping costs. No exceptions.
Backorders:
On occasion, if an item is on backorder we will notify you promptly and give you the option of a full refund if you decide not to wait.
COMMUNICATION:
We are very responsive to all your emails but please allow up to at least 48 hours for replys. We do like to take occasional days off. Also, emails are occasionally lost in cyberspace so if you do not hear back within 3 days time by all means, send us another email.
