| A:Yes. We carry some of our themes in Hershey Miniatures size. They can be found in our ebay store. |
| Q:CAN YOU PRINT MICKEY MOUSE OR DORA, ETC? |

| A:No. Due to copyright laws it is illegal for us to print licensed charatcters. We cannot and will not print any graphic we do not have permission to print. |
| Q:HOW SOON BEFORE MY EVENT SHOULD I ORDER? |

| A:We recommend that you order at least 3 weeks prior to you event. The Post Office can be inconsistant with their transit times. Most of our orders arrive VERY quickly but have had 1st class take 3 weeks to arrive and Priority take 6 days to arrive. So order early to ensure delivery before your event. |
| Q:Will your nugget wrappers fit on miniatures? |

| A:No, while they will wrap completely around miniature, they are not wide enough to completely cover the candy bar. |
| Q:WILL YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES? |

| A:No...At this time we ONLY ship to the United States.....Sorry Canada.
No local pick-ups allowed....ALL orders will be shipped. |

Please read that entire section...DO NOT ASSUME what we need. If you fail to provide ALL information requested within 2 days of payment, your order will be refunded and we will file a NPB with Ebay. |
| Q:WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF? |

| A:The ONLY proofs we send is if you purchased Invitations. If you purchase other products you will NOT receive a proof. |
| Q:HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? |

| A:We print and ship as soon as payment and ALL print info is received (most orders ship the next business day) ... however please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. We CANNOT give you a firm date on when your order will arrive........once we mail your order, it is up to the Post Office and their transit times. |

| A:All of our items are completely customizable....The samples shown are just that. You can have your items printed however you would like (space permitting) Just let us know how you want them done when you send print information. |

| A:PLEASE Use the Ask the Seller a question link from the listing you purchased from......then submit all the information listed under HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. This way we know who you are and what order the information is for. |
| Q:MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET....WHAT SHOULD I DO? |

| A:First please allow enough time for delivery, the Post Office does not consider anything lost for 30 days! Your order automatically is insured. After 10 BUSINESS DAYS, if your order has not arrived, from mailing date, contact us. We will re-print and re-send your order out ASAP. Lost orders will not be re-printed until 10 busness days have elasped. |
| Q:I GOT MY ORDER AND IT IS NOT CORRECT (Dates, Names, etc wrong), WHAT DO I DO? |

| A:Please contact us via email & INCLUDE YOUR EBAY USER ID SO WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE. We print directly from the print information you provide us. If WE made a mistake - we will happily re-print your order for you. However, if the typo's or dates, clip art etc. are incorrect due to you submitting incorrect information, you will need to reorder. |

| A:Sorry, but we CANNOT guarantee delivery times. We print and ship fast, while 1st class mail usually arrives 3-5 business days, the Post Office can take its time. Please allow enough lead time prior to your event OR pay to upgrade your shipping. A late delivery is NOT considered LOST and insurance does not GUARANTEE your order will arrive in time. |
| Q:DO YOU CARRY FULL SIZED WRAPPERS? |

| A:No......the only candy wrapper size we carry are for the Hershey nuggets and Hershey miniatures wrappers. We DO NOT carry full sized wrappers. |
