
Unless a return policy is stated in the auction, items can only be Returned if they are defective or do not match the auction description. No other reasons will be accepted for returns. Buyer must contact us for returns within 72 hours ( 3 days). If you exceed 72 hours, you will lose the right to return the item. If agreement has been made to exchange item or to refund money ,we will do so only after receiving the item and fully inspecting your claim. Once your claim has been addressed and is valid, we will immediately refund or exchange the item. Any returned item must be shipped back to us with confirmation and tracking numbers. Premium Products is not responsible for the loss of any item that has been shipped back to us without a tracking number, Shipping carriers that will be used for the returned item must also meet our approval , We normally ship with Canada Post Airmail or UPS, however, buyer cannot return the item using overnight shipping method, especially if an agreement was made between buyer and us that Premium Products will pay for the returned item shipping costs. Any overnight shipping will be the buyer responsibility and Premium Products reserve the right not to pay for the unauthorized shipping charges. If returned item is not the original item shipped ,we will contact eBay immediately to report the problem, as well as contacting our lawyer, if necessary, for legal action against buyer
