| Our Policies
Payment Policy: All Payments must be received within 3 days of auction end. Failure may rsult in negative feedback left. Any payments not received within 7 business days will be reported to eBay and PayPal.
- Paypal: If the Paypal link in the auction item window does not work, you can send payments directly to customerservice@gamesofzorcon.com. If you make a Paypal payment and it shows up as "unclaimed" in your Paypal account, you have probably sent it to the wrong E-mail address.
- Credit Cards: We accept AmEx, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa through our PayPal account.
- Money Orders: We do not currently accept this type of payment.
- Personal Checks: We do not currently accept this type of payment.
- Wire Transfers: We do not currently accept this type of payment.
- Cash: We do not currently accept this type of payment.
Shipping Policy: We ship items within 1-2 busness days after payment is received and confirmed from PayPal. Typically, items ship same to next business day.
- We always combine shipping. In most cases, we add $.50 per additional winning auction. However, please see individual listing for specific details.
- We charge a nominal handling fee to cover cost of shipping materials.
Feedback Policy: When a buyer leaves a positive feedback result, this lets us know the transaction is completed, and has been a successful experience for both buyer and seller.
- We always return positive feedback.
- If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with yout purchase, please give us a chance to make right any issues you may have before you leave any derogatory feedback.

Free Figure Give-Away Policy: We are giving away miniatures with winning bids! Please see the following guidelines for an explanation of the rules. NOTE: We have discontinued some of the give-away offers, see below for more details.
- Free figures will be randomly selected from the same game system as the winning item(s).
- We do not accept requests.
- We will do our best to *not* send duplicate figures within the same purchase, or combined purchase.
