| A:Yes, each skin kit comes with 2 controller skins. |
| Q:Is this a replacement/hard faceplate? |

| A:No, this is not a hard plastic casing. The skin kit is a vinyl decal kit. Vinyl decals are what car graphics are made from and apply somewhat like a sticker, although these decals are made from vinyl not paper. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Your order will be packaged and shipped 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. Shipping time depends on where you live. All orders are shipped out of the Metro Detroit, MI area. Orders can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on destination. |
| Q:Can I reuse the vinyl skin kit? |
|
| A:Unfortunately you can't. These are one time use skins. When you take the skins off you will stretch the vinyl causing it to not be reusable. |
| Q:Will your skins harm my system? |
|
| A:No, Our skin kits will not harm your system. They do not cover up any vent holes.
There have been reports of some light adhesive left after you remove some colored chrome vinyl. That adhesive is easily removed with rubbing alcohol or balling it up on itself. The adhesive or alcohol will not harm your system either. |
