SHIPPING:

We send most of our items out by UPS. If shipping to a PO Box USPS will be used. All payments must be received before items can be shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Most UPS shipments take from 3-10 days for delivery.

For International Shipping: Some countries charge an import tax that is not covered by the purchase price or by the shipping fee for the auction. Each buyer is responsible for the costs of these fees.

Alaska and Hawaii customers please add $25.00 for shipping costs.

Please note that all free shipping promotions are limited to domestic customers in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We understand that customer service is the backbone of our company. Please review our feedback and note that we take pride in the fact that our customers receive the personal attention they deserve. We monitor and reply to any and all e-mail in a timely manner, typically within an hour, but please allow 24 hours to reply – especially on weekends. Normal business hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard Time.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Paypal, Bid Pay, US Postal Money Orders and US Certified Bank Checks. Personal checks are not accepted

NOTE: When sending money order or certified bank checks you must include a copy of the invoice including your order number, product description, name and address clearly written.

PAYMENT

We ask that buyers using PayPal pay within 5 days of auction ending. Buyers paying using Money Orders or Certified Bank Checks should email us to inform us of this, and payment must be received within 14 days of end of auction.

Please note that all free shipping promotions are limited to domestic customers in the United States, not including Alaska and Hawaii. If you are bidding on more than one of our auctions and would like to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must wait until all auctions have ended to check out. Please do not, however, wait more than 7 days (from winning your FIRST item) to complete checkout, as this will result in your entire order being canceled and your items being relisted.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items which are paid together in one payment qualify for the postage discount. We can not add further items to a shipment if payment was made or checkout was used.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We realize that, as a buyer, it is sometimes hard to purchase an item that you have not had the opportunity to personally inspect or try. That is why we do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item. We hope you will realize that, while offering a refund to you, the buyer, we need to make a policy that is fair to us as the seller as well

  • It is expensive both in time and fees to list an item on eBay. We make a big effort to take good photos that are large and clear enough to see each item well, write accurate descriptions, and answer all reasonable email questions to the best ofour abilities.
  • Our policy allow a buyer who is unhappy with an item to return it and receive a refund, and it also allows us as the seller reasonable compensation for the efforts in listing the item. Please refer to the return policy below.
  • By stating these conditions up front, we hope this will avoid any misunderstandings and give our buyers greater confidence in bidding by knowing what our return policy is. Questions should be asked prior to bidding. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions: Please Do Not Bid.
  • Our goal is to see that you are pleased and satisfied with the product and our service. If an issue does arise, we will work with you to resolve it.

Return Policy

  • We will accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange (including shipping) if we, as the seller, have shipped the incorrect product (i.e. differs in a substantial way in size, color, or condition) from how we have described it in this auction or if it is defective in any way. For your protection, please send the item back fully insured with a tracking number. Please email us with your tracking #. Buyer must contact us by email prior to return and notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • If an item is returned for any reason other than the above; a refund will be given, less shipping, handling, insurance fees and a restocking fee of $15 will be charged and deducted from the refund. Again, buyer must contact us prior to returning and notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The return item should be in its original, unused condition complete with tags, garment bags, etc.

For exchanges, the buyer must contact us prior to returning the item and notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, insured, with a tracking number.
