 | A: Yes! Please contact us for a quote. You most likely get the best shipping deal when buying multiple items together. Include the items you are interested in, as well as your shipping zip code or country. We are currently setting up our store so it will automatically combine shipping. So, some items will calculate combined shipping themselves. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, we are happy to ship outside the United States. Most of our items already have international shipping rates listed. If you have questions, or if your country is not listed, please contact us with your country and which items you are interested in and we will get you a shipping quote. |

 | A: All postage fees includes shipping and handling charges. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. |
 | Q: When will my order ship? |

 | A: We try our best to ship all orders ASAP. Usually orders go out within 48 hours after payment has cleared. We usually ship 2 or 3 days a week. |
 | Q: Will I get tracking information? |

 | A: If your order qualifies under U.S. Postal Guidelines, we will add delivery confirmation to your package (U.S. orders only). Overseas orders have automatic tracking information on customs forms, but cannot always be tracked once they leave the United States. Please contact us for more information. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: If there is a problem with any item upon receipt please contact us promptly at info@gearheadrecords.com or call us at 530-662-7877 to discuss. We can usually swap out the item if it has a defect, or offer a merchandise credit. It is based on the situation. |

 | A: Our retail store is located at 39 5th Street Suite C in Woodland, California. Our hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, Noon-7pm. |
 | Q: I've sent you a message, but I haven't heard back. Do you respond to messages through eBay? |

 | A: Yes! We try to answer messages as timely as we are able. Please note, that we are a small business, and the employee that maintains our eBay store does not usually work on the weekends!  | Q: What is the condition of your items? |

 | A: 98% of what we sell is brand new. The exception is vintage clothing, some gently used items and used or collectible music which will say.
Almost ALL of our music is brand new and factory sealed. If not, the item will say so. If you have questions, just get in touch. We are trying harder to make sure the condition is obvious. |
 | Q: Does shipping include customs taxes for International shipments? |

 | A: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. |
