RETURN POLICY

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We understand though that in some cases you want to return the item for a refund. Here is our return policy

• No restocking fee for a return item

• Your payment must have been received by its due date.

• The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.

• Rings that were resized per your request cannot be returned

• Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

• All tag and inserts found on some of our items has to be intact.

• Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.

• Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.

• International purchases are non returnable.

• Returns will take about 2 to 3 weeks to process. We request your patience.

This law requires disclosure of lead content by classification, even if the material is not the metallic lead (Pb).

We at Gem Avenue know you're concerned about product safety, and especially about the lead content of some products. That's why we try to ensure that the products sold at Gem Avenue comply with all applicable safety and health requirements.

Gem Avenue offer some beaded Bracelets, Earrings, Necklaces that are made with crystals and other findings and metals that may contain lead. In particular, we offer leaded crystals by Swarovski.

Swarovski crystals contain lead. For more than a hundred years, Swarovski has been the world’s leading brand for cut crystal. Swarovski crystal is the culmination of merging natural materials, cut to provide ultimate brilliance.
Swarovski crystals, like most other crystals, contain lead oxide. Lead creates the refraction of the crystal with the maximum refraction at 30-32% lead content. Lead also adds to the weight of the crystal giving it a more substantial feel. Austrian Swarovski crystal contains approximately 32% lead. Full lead crystal must contain above 30% lead oxide content in order to be consider full lead crystal.
