Shipping & Combining Policy
All our items are securely packaged and shipped via Registered Mail. We are always happy to combine shipping for multiple items during a five day period. If you are the winning bidder for an auction that has ended and you are intending on bidding on other items, please hold all payments until all items have been combined for you (this will be done automatically for you). Please note that it is very important that your items are paid for in a single payment; if they are paid for separately, they will be shipped separately. Our shipping rates are as follows:
$7.95 for the first item (Worldwide)
$1 per item for each additional item (Worldwide)
All our parcels are shipped via Registered Mail so you should not have any problems with Customs. Feel free to contact us for more information.
We accept payment through Paypal.com. You can pay by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) as well as eCheck. We also accept bank wire transfers directly to our Thai Bank Account (please contact us for details). Sorry, but We Don't accept money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. All payments must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. If no payment is received, a non paying bidders warning will be left. Please don't bid if you don't intend to follow through with your commitment. Remember, a winning bid is a legally binding contract.
Your satisfaction is of the outmost concern to us. Should a need arise to return an item, we will be happy to refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee (we cannot refund the original shipping or return shipping fee). Please email us in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions. All items should be returned within 7 days of receiving, must be in their original condition (not worn or altered).
We always leave reciprocal positive feedback for our customers. Please don't leave a neutral or negative feedback before contacting us. We are here for you and will do whatever we can to resolve any issue you may have. Should neutral or negative feedback be left without contacting us, then we will be forced to leave reciprocal feedback on your account.

Our Customer Policies
We ship daily Monday through Saturday, most times your order is shipped the same day we receive payment confirmation. All other items are shipped the following day. This helps to ensure that you will not have to wait long to start enjoying your new items.
All the items are available in stock; we don't "drop ship" any of our merchandise.
We notify all of our customers once your package has been shipped. All orders are shipped via Registered Mail. It takes approximately 14 days for your order to arrive.
We will package your item as securely as possible and use only quality packing products, this helps to ensure that your items arrive undamaged and as advertised.
