Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Note:
1. The returning item should be in its original condition, not has been worned, sized, set, unset or modified by the buyer. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been sized, set, unset or modified , altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Gemstore1000), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
2. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
3. We recommend using USPS priority mail for all return shipping. This shipping method provide package tracking and insurance.
4. We won't responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. So, don't forget to fully insure your package. Insurance amount should be the retail price of the item.
5. Buyers are responsible for for any shipping and handling charges might incur, including shipping cost, handling charges, tarrif and so on. For free shipping items, refund amount is retail price minus shipping fees.
6. Free certificates should be returned together with the item. If buyer paid for the certificate, testing fees are not refundable. Buyer can keep it and not return.
7. Please note that Paypal might charge service fees from buyers when they receive refund. Buyers are responsible for that.
Returns are easy, here's how:

2. We will respond as soon as possible. The return address will be in our e-mail.
3. If you don't receive our e-mail, maybe the e-mail is lost in internet. Don't worry, please contact us through Ebay communication form.
4. Package Your Return. A paper box should be in the outside, a little jewelry box or plastic box should be inside. All these materials can be found in our original packing. Don't forget to enclose the free certificate, if any. For security reasons, do not write such words as jewellry, precious stone and so on, on the outside of the package.
5. Ship your merchandise through USPS priority mail. Remember to insure your package.
