HERE'S HOW TO ORDER, READ CAREFULLY!!
| 1) Select type and length of wire in our store |
| You choose the type of wire you wish from our store, and order the length of assembly you need. The wire is available by the foot so order exactly the length you need. If you need multiple assemblies you can order the wire individually or a total continuous length, it makes no difference because in STEP #4 you'll be telling us the exact lengths and configuration you need. |
| 2) Select the type of connectors and heat shrink you need |
| After choosing the wire, select your connectors needed for the assembly. For instance, you've already selected 10ft of 2 awg red marine battery cable and you want a 3/8" lug on one end and a top post positive battery terminal on the other, just select one each of the connectors you need. If you order heat shrink and we don't use all you ordered, we will ship you the remainder. |
3) Select quantity of labor charges

You've selected the wire and the connectors you want for the assembly. If you want 2 cables with connectors on each end, that would be 4 connectors total and would require 4 labor charges. So very simply, figure the number of ends you want us to assemble and "buy" the number of labor charges needed to cover your total order for assemblies. |

Let's say you ordered total 15 feet of #2 AWG Red Marine Tinned Battery Cable and 20 feet of #2 AWG Black Marine Tinned Cable. You've also purchased 2 lugs that are#2 AWG 5/16" hole and 2 lugs that are #2 AWG 3/8" hole. You also got 1 ft of red and 1 ft of black heat shrink. You also purchased 4 labor charges for the respective connectors.
Your order notes to us should say:
15 ft #2 Red w 3/8" lug and shrink ea end
20 ft #2 Blk w 5/16" lug and shrink ea end
Now we know what you need us to do to complete your assembly

| Important Comments: |
-The labor charge includes cutting, stripping, double crimp & adhesive lined heat shrink applied over the connection if you ordered heat shrink..
- Heat shrink will be color matched to the cable or black will be used for colors of cable for which we don't carry that specific color of heat shrink. If you need red heat shrink on black cable or something out of the ordinary, let us know in your notes.
-A "Flag" connector only requires one labor charge even though there are two cable entries
-This custom assembly procedure is good on any cable in our store from #8 awg up to 4/0 AWG
-You can order larger quantities of cables and/or other items with your order, all you have to do is let us know what the assembly details are and be sure you've purchased the correct number of labor charges for the assemblies you desire. For example, if you buy 100ft of #2 AWG Marine Tinned Battery Cable and want us to make one assembly that is 12ft with lugs on each end, you'll need to buy the lugs, 2 labor charges and follow step 4 above to provide the details of your assembly. We will make the 12ft assembly and ship it with the remaining 88ft in one shipment to you.
-Custom cables are NON REFUNDABLE as they were created specifically to your needs and will not be usuable by our general customer base. Measure twice and cut once, as the saying goes, so be sure to double check!
-If you want only one end on a piece of cable, then it would be one labor charge and be sure to explain in the "notes" that you want only one end on the cable
-WE WILL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, and most countries have been automatically set up in our checkout system so there's no need to request special shipping unless you encounter a problem during checkout or your specific country isn't listed.
