The resorts we offer have NO time share tour commitment, so you can relax on your vacation.
Individual Resorts may require a credit card at check in for security deposit and/or incidentals. Adults checking in must be 21 years old with major credit card. Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, occupancy tax (state of Hawaii) or meals. Pictures listed on our auctions may differ slightly than what maybe actual due to resort changes and upgrades. Unit location s and room views will be assigned at check in and any request can be made then.
We try to provide as much information as we can in our auctions or within our store to help you make an informed purchase. If you cannot find an answer to your questions, please email us using the "Ask a Seller Question" from any listing at anytime and we’d be happy to help.
We accept Paypal with immediate payment which allows you to use all major credit cards. Please include the name of the person checking in, address, and phone #, with all payment. Upon receiving payment your unit will be booked and we will send you a confirmation letter via email within 2-48 hours of receiving payment that you will print and take with you to check-in. We want you to be satisfied with your vacation rentals. We offer a limited 3 Day Money Back Guarantee in the event we are unable to book a resort of your choice. Refund will be via Paypal.
