To ensure our customers receive quality merchandise, all furniture sold by GiGaInternational.com or GiGaFurniture.com is guaranteed FREE REPLACEMENT for a period of 30 days from the purchase date to against manufacturing defects or shipping damage. |

| 2. Furniture Return Policy |
| The returned merchandise MUST BE in unassembled and unused condition sealed in its original packaging. You may return the product to GiGa International or GiGa Furniture within 30 days of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs and will be subject to a 15% restock fee due to the costs associated with packaging and shipping heavy furniture. All claims must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase.

3. Furniture Cancellation Policy: |
| If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is no a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
