5 steps of return processing

 

General Items
Returns must be requested by message
 within 3 days of receiving shipment. Generally you will receive your RA# by email with 48 hours. For all returns or exchanges, items must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of the return request. Item(s) should be returned in original conditions with all parts for an exchange or refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a mutual agreement through ebay for canceling the transaction. Once the agreement is received, the refund will be made. Refund amount will be less shipping & handling fee unless the item is defective or discrepant. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Items that are opened or not in the original conditions will be charged restocking fee at our discretion. Any opened game and software may not be returned

.Refund for Free Shipping Items
If you return the item(s) purchased with free shipping, the actual postage and handling amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Halloween Cotumes
If you need to exchange of costumes,
you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received to reserve the item after obtaining RA# to ensure the prompt shipping of your replacement item(s).

Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. Please note that Halloween Costumes are NOT returnable after Halloween.  During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will NOT be credited. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.

Items not RETURNABLE :

  • Special Order Items

  • Special Collectors Edition

  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered

Items ONLY returnable in the Original condition

  • Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)

  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair

  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth

  • Make-Ups, Cosmetics

  • CDs

  • Party Supplies

To make a return
Please obtain Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to the return. The returns without RA#  is subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Any opened game and software may not be returned.  When you request a RA#, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number 

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Any item damage or shortage, if applicable

Please make sure the put down RA# along with a packing slip for the prompt return process. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages, so we recommend that you use a  traceable shipping method.
