Shipping Policy
Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If you choose to pay with PayPal, please make sure that your shipping address is updated on your PayPal account! Also, you can help expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number.
Any address correction requested after an order has been processed for shipment, will incur any additional surcharge needed to correct the shipment. If an order is returned to us for any reason, a restocking fee will be charged.
International Orders
We ship internationally. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

• We ship to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
• If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify us. Then we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund you in a timely manner.
• We do not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.
Delivery Time
We primarily ship your orders using USPS. Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes for payment authorization, order processing and actual transit time. For international orders, the custom clearance is not included in the delivery time, and we do not guarantee the transit time. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. In addition, delivery schedules are subject to circumstances beyond the carrier's control, such as weather conditions and mechanical problems.
Our goal is to get your needs as soon as possible to you. While we usually ship orders within 24 hours, we do not guarantee same-day shipping.
