In placing a bid on any of our auctions, you accept the terms of the auction and are responsible for payment in the event you win the auction. Payment is expected within 3 business days after auction ends or unpaid dispute will be filed. We accept payment in PayPal, Money Order, or Bank / Certified Cashier's Checks ONLY.
Shipping/handling charges are driven by cost of shipping item through postal carrier. Shipping cost is based on weight of items and size of package. A delivery fee is assessed for all US domestic shipments automatically by eBay. If you do not agree with shipping charges and intend to assess low feedback for something out of our control, please DO NOT complete your purchase throught us.
For volume purchases of 2 or more items, we are able to save money by shipping multiple items in one package to one address. In this situation, please inform us that you qualify and we will gladly send a REVISED invoice with combined S/H charges so that we may pass these savings on to you.
Out of Stock Items
We take great efforts to update our inventory records and to conduct periodic counts of all our inventory. However, in rare instances, the inventory tracked through eBay will not reflect the true quantity on hand and therefore we may be out of stock. In this instance, we will provide FULL REFUND of monies paid by the buyer. Please make note that this may occur prior to bidding and do not bid if you intend to leave a negative feedback in this instance.
We do not provide batteries for any electronic items that require batteries to operate, for any of our listings. If you receive an electronic item that is already working because manufacturer has provided an existing battery, please consider this a BONUS with your purchase.
We offer shipping worldwide, except for Germany.
Unfortunately, in recent months, we have experienced buyers not receiving delivery of purchases shipped by us due to issues with local postal service in Germany. Therefore, please note that we will cancel your sale if the shipping address you specify is in Germany.
§ Domestic Shipments
Insurance is offered and recommended on every item. If a listing does not offer insurance, it is the Buyer's responsibility to alert seller that they wish to purchase insurance for that item. If you choose to decline insurance or do not alert Seller of desire to purchase insurance, the item will be shipped entirely at the Buyer's risk.
We maintain proof of every item shipped (i.e., receipt from Post Office or Pay Pal receipt). The Seller DOES NOT at anytime assume responsibility for uninsured items, lost, damaged or stolen items while in possession of any postal or parcel carrier service.
§ International Shipments
We do not offer insurance on shipments outside of the U.S. We maintain proof of every item shipped (i.e., receipt from Post Office or Pay Pal receipt). The Seller DOES NOT at anytime assume responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items while in possession of any postal or parcel carrier service.
Any and all additional fees, taxes, duties, and/or other customs charges placed on purchase upon entry into Home Country will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Additional Note for International Buyers: International buyers MUST pay for Priority Mail shipping if they wish to receive delivery confirmation. If this is the case, please notify seller to arrange for Priority Shipping Cost in invoice. If no notification is made, seller will ship First Class as specified in listing and will only be responsible for proof of delivery to local US post office. If item is lost beyond that or within local customs office, buyer bears loss of shipment at this point. Seller does not assume any liability at this point. If you do not agree with terms above, please do not bid on our auctions.
We offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee of $2.50/item. You may utilize this service if you wish to have item shipped to another location as a gift. Buyer must advise seller upon close of auction so that seller may send revised invoice reflecting cost of this service.
Returns are not accepted and all items sold are FINAL SALE. This allows us to ensure the integrity of all our items (i.e., New Condition) and allows us to continue to offer reasonable and affordable prices on all our products.
