The item is technically in working condition since it turns on and stays on when it gets power. The issue I ran into is that the charging port was barely functional and after investigating the motherboard the charging port fell off since it wasn't soldered on. The saving grace is that when I sent a message to the seller they were very prompt in there reply and offered a refund. I recommend this Seller since they are willing to work with you if there is an issue with your item and fast shipping!
