Looked like it had been thrown in a box with some packing tape. Received bent. This is a very expensive Christmas present for my wife. Do better next time.

Goodness…believe me, my heart and soul goes into my packing. I bend the dolls to avoid pressure breaks from rough handling . The brown packing doesn’t look pretty but it protects well. The air pillows surrounding her are extra security. After 20 plus years of packing, this method has proved the safest. The last thing I want is a damaged doll. I hope your wife loves her doll.
