First of all, I value all of my customers and work hard to provide you with a wonderful shopping experience. I answer all emails promptly, so please feel free to contact me with any questions you have, even if an auction is about to end. Chances are good I can get back to you in time!
Feedback and Shipping Times
I leave feedback when I send your shipping confirmation. I hope that you will take a moment to do the same when you receive your purchase. I value my feedback ratings and encourage you to contact me directly if you are ever unhappy with a transaction with me. Your item will ship within 24 hours, usually sooner and often the same day of payment clearing. This usually takes seconds through PayPal, my only accepted Payment method. The exception is payment with eChecks. I gladly accept this form of payment, but please know that shipping will be delayed waiting for the payment to process which can take up to a week. I regret that this is necessary, however some items I have shipped in good faith were never paid for and I cannot afford to continue this practice. Using any instant payment method avoids this problem entirely, including bank transfers and debit card purchases. Also, items which are paid for later than 9 AM EST on Saturday through Sunday evening will ship first thing Monday morning due to the fact that there is no Postal Service during this time.
Shipping Cost and Methods
Finally, I do charge shipping on many auctions, but in no way attempt to make money on shipping! Shipping charges help to defray my cost, but I still incur some cost in shipping all purchases! I am happy to combine shipping and am happy to allow you to take your time shopping so that you can take advantage of this opportunity to save. With the variety of items I now offer, it is difficult to provide a set discount. If you are mixing types of items, contact me for what your combined price will be-I'll always find a way to help you save! I use flat rate boxes when that is truly the cheapest shipping option available; however I often recycle boxes and always take the time to package creatively (and securely) to keep your cost (and mine!) to a minimum. If you ever prefer a method not offered in a listing, just ask and I can provide an estimate for you. Domestic shipping will be via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise specified or requested by you.
I ship Worldwide and to APO addresses (thank you for your service :D). The USPS has increased shipping costs and also reduced some International services. Specifically tracking, which is now only available on PRIORITY & Express Mail International parcels. Flat Rate envelopes and small Flat Rate Boxes no longer include tracking. PLEASE consider this in choosing your service. I cannot get any information on your package once it is sent via First Class or Flat Rate envelope. I continue to offer these options however, because they are so much more affordable. Please order well in advance of the date you need your item to avoid any customs delays causing you stress over your parcel!
