How long will it take to receive my package if I live in the US?
Our processing of orders takes 2-3 full business days depending on the size of the order, special requests, etc. since we like to double check orders before shipping them out. During peak times, processing orders may take 3 full business days or longer. Since we ship via USPS shipping can take 7-10 postal business days for parcel post. During peak times, delivery may take 10-14 days. Shop early and plan early! When we use UPS to ship large shipments, delivery may take up to 5-7 business days. How long will it take to receive my package if I'm an international customer?

How do you ship your products?
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for the majority of our products. Large orders will be shipped via UPS. UPS quotes must be requested prior to payment and order fulfillment. You must contact us prior to checking out in order to make other shipping arrangements with us (regardless of the options listed in our checkout page) if you want to receive items via UPS, Expressmail, FedEx or DHL. What other shipping options are available?
For the most part, we ship via USPS. There are occasions when certain products can only be shipped via UPS or Fedex. Back to top.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
Yes, we accept returns on most products postmarked within 10 postal business days after the order is received. You must contact within 7 days of receipt in order to return your order to us, otherwise, you'll only be able to request an exchange within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Buyers must contact us and let us know that an item is being returned prior to sending it back or we will refuse the return. Unfortunately, panties, thongs, foundation cannot be returned. Items must be tagged and sent in the EXACT condition they were received or we will not accept your return. We will not accept returns that are damaged in any way, unless they were received in such condition. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees related to the return unless the item shipped is an error on our part. Exchanges are allowed for products except panties, thongs, foundation, etc. Effective June 1, 2005, after the 7 day window has passed no refunds will be given. You will only be able to return items to us for exchange purposes only!

Refunds prior to shipment are usually not given. Refunds are not given after an item has been shipped. If you don't receive a response within 48 hours (excluding weekends), please contact us through your auction site's messaging system or for our online customers. What are your hours of operation?
For the fastest possible response, we prefer email communication. Emails are answered within 24-48 hours, but usually the same day. We have customer service via email response available from 10-6 pm Monday through Friday and 7-9 pm Saturday. We are not available on Sundays. How can I tell if your products are authentic or not, especially with "World Famous Maker" items?
We strive to bring you the most authentic Famous Maker products from brands like Wacoal, "World Famous Maker" and up and coming brands like Carrie Amber, Mopas, Mona Lei and many more. In order to verify that the products you are receiving are genuine products, we invite you to visit the maker's website where you may be able to verify the product's Registered Identification Number or RN. When you purchase your bras from us, you may locate the style's 6 digit number or the 5-digit manufacturer's rn number on the back of the care tag. Can I purchase in bulk and do you offer a discount?

What if my item is lost in the mail?
If your item is lost in the mail, contact us at custserv@girlynights.com. We will not refund payments after orders have been shipped.

International customers, please note the following: Purchase items at your own risk.
Due to the higher occurrence of theft and loss of mail to international destinations, we ask that you purchase items with caution. Replacement of items sent to international destinations will not be accommodated unless there is damage done to items you receive due to processing. You will have to send us the damaged items back prior to receiving the replacement. We currently don't offer UPS to international customers and tracking items internationally is presently unavailable.
