Warranty
Original Manufacturer Warranty. For Extended Warranty upto 3 years, please see
below.
Extended Warranty
You
can purchase it from SquareTrade. Click here to find out. You can get
extended warranty upto 3 years. Infact, you should consider purchasing extended warranty
for peace of mind. Most of manufacturer's warranties are only for a year. Extended
Warranty will save you from lot of hassles in the longer run. For more information, please

Returns
You can return most of
the items within 7 days from the date of purchase. There will be 15% restocking fee charge
on all returns. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is
returned in a damaged condition, we will refuse the return. We will refund after deducting
restocking fee. Shipping/handling is not refundable. If the item is faulty, we will
exchange it.
Some items cannot be

Shipping & handling
Please see Shipping
& Handling charges at the bottom of auction page. For most of the auctions, shipping
is automatically calculated based on your zip code. Just insert your zip code in Calculate
Shipping and it will show you the shipping cost with different options.
We only ship. We do not allow any pickups, so please do not ask for it.
Items are shipped via trackable service like Fedex, UPS, Purolator etc. You will be sent
tracking no. after item is shipped.
Payment
We accept VISA,
MasterCard, American Express & Diners Club, Paypal, Cashier's Check and Money
Order.
All credit card & Paypal orders will be shipped to the billing address only (where you
get your credit card statements)
If you have your PO box as confirmed address, then please mention your physical address in
Paypal notes. Do not send us that address in a seperate email.
We prefer Credit Card & Paypal payments with confirmed addresses. If you provide
unconfirmed or gift address, we will contact you for further clarification & other
documents to confirm your identity. Your order will not be shipped immediately. It can
take 7 days to process requests for shipping to unconfirmed addresses. If you need any
clarifications, then please send email to sales@gizmosforlife.com.
Procedure to make Credit Card Payments
Please note that we accept all Credit Card payments
via Paypal. You do not need to have Paypal account to make payment via Credit Card. Please
see the instructions below to make payment via credit card.
Once you win the auction, complete the Checkout and select any Credit Card as a payment
option.
We will then send you the request for payment in a seperate email to your email address.
You will receive request from BSEK tech Consultants.
In that request, there will be a link to make payment. Please click that link.
If you have a Paypal account, then enter your login name and password to make payment via
your Paypal account.
If you do not have Paypal account, then click the button "Click here" after the
text "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, " on the same screen.
On this screen, please select the type of card which you want to use. Enter your credit
card information and credit card billing address. Please enter the address, where you
receive your credit card statement. We will ship only to this address.
Enter the rest of information like email address etc.
If there is any important information you want to
mention about this order, then enter it under "Message to Seller (optional)"
box. Please do not send any new message.
Once your payment is processed, we will send you the email letting you know that we have
received the payment.
Taxes
We do not charge any
taxes from US Buyers.
Canadian Buyers will pay 7% GST.

Terms and Conditions
Please make sure to read
the specifications before purchasing this item. All sales are final.
We expect payment within
3 days after you win the item. If we do not receive payment in 3 days, auction will stand
cancelled and item will be relisted.
There may be situations
when we run out of stock. We will inform you if item is not in stock and the estimated
ETA. Most of the items are restocked in 5 business days. If you prefer to receive refund
rather than waiting, then we will send refund to you. You are also entitled to refund if
your order cannot be shipped in 5 business days.
Please note that
Shipping and Handling charges may seem to be higher than actual. It is because they
contain handling charges as well and not just shipping. Handling charges cover lot of
expenses related to selling. If you do not agree with them, then please do not bid. We
would prefer to loose a bid rather than someone leaving negative feedback later,
complaining on about S&H charges.
Item will be shipped
within 5 business days if the payment is made via Paypal / bidpay.com / moneybookers.com.
If the payment is made via Money Order / Cashier Check, then item will be shipped only
after those are cleared. Clearing times can be from 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note that there
can be delay for the item to reach you because of customs regulations in your country. We
are not responsible for this delay. Also, we are not responsible for any duty and charges
imposed by your own country. It is your responsibility to pay these charges
