| A:I'll send your stuff 1-5 days after payment was clear.All Shipping will was shipped from Bangkok Thailand. It 'll takes time about 7-21 days.

| A:If your order not over 10 posters then I'll roll posters in plastic bag and put in poster tube & put some paper in the rest area.
If your order was over 10.I'll wrapped it up with paper with the tape.It'll be very hard & strong enough to shiping in long term |
| Q:What kind of payment that I accept? |

| A:I suggest pay via paypal,It' easy and saftly for customer. If you want to pay via Money Order, You have to add $7 for international bank fee.
So Cash in Register Airmail is another choice for avoid bank fee but you have to respond for your own risk. |
| Q:How about Claim? |

| A:If you've recieved poster in bad condition.
Plese take photos of it and send it ot me at getcell@hotmail.com
I'll resent the new one after investigate. |
| Q:How about stuff was returned? |

| A:In case of no reciepients, Normally PostOffice will leave note to inform but if over theie period,PostOffice will return poster to me.
So If you want me to resent you have to pay shiiping by ownself. |
| Q:Why I can't tracking via Web. |

| A:Thailand Post Office didn't have tracking systems perfectly but you cae use tracking no. in scanned shipping slip for asking at nearly PostOffice. |
| Q:If parcel contain nothing! |

| A:Normally if parcel was sent to you in empty condition.
You should reject to recieve and the parcel will return to me.
So I'll send the new one but customer must take 2nd shipping cost. |
