| Q:What do you sell? |

| A:Global Energy Systems sells tankless water heaters, vent piping, tankless accessories, portable gas products, and "off grid" products. We do occassional assist and business with industry liquidations, though that is through the private side (auctions) and not through our eBay store. |
| Q:What are your return policies |
|
| A:Normally it is satisfaction guaranteed! The only policy we like to state is that if you purchased an item and just did not like the item, then you will be required for the safe packaging and postage to return it to our warehouse. If the item has been used, there will be a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. |
| Q:What form of shipment do you use? |

| A:Normally for smaller items and most international shipments, we will us the USPS For larger items, we will use FedEx Ground or DHL Ground. We do have the capability for express shipping. Please contact us for express shipping services and prices. In the event that you end up setting up a distributorship, truck will be the main way for shipment. |
| Q:When can I expect my item to be shipped? |

| A:The majority of our larger items, such as the tankless systems are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. With some of our smaller items, they usually ship withing 3-4 days of receipt of payment. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yep. Anywhere in the world. |
| Q:Will you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Most of the time yes. In fact, for European, Asian, Australian customers combining the shipping is the best way to reduce your overall shipping costs. Most are on a case by case basis. Tankless and larger inventory cannot be combined, however, but many times can be negotiated. |
| Q:What is the 'fundraiser program'? |
|
| A:We like to help support communities, groups, and organizations. We realize that FUNdraising is not always FUN. Each year the team has the same calendars, wrapping paper, etc, and it takes time to really get funds out of it. We can help you set up a fundraising program to help get to your goal quicker with cooler items. |

| Q:Do you use dropshippers or do you actually have the items? |

| A:We offer drop shipping services to others, however we do not like to use drop shippers. We have the inventory in our warehouse to go to you. If we are out of stock on a particular item, we may ask that our supplier send you the item directly for more expedient shipping to ensure you get your product in a timely manner. |
