I’m looking for a particular club, but can’t find it in your store?
If you don’t see the club you are looking for, please check back often. Our eBay inventory changes daily. You also may want to visit the Global Golf website. You can set-up a Product Alert which will email you when a specific product becomes available. To activate an alert, simply visit the My Account section of Global Golf. You must have a Global Golf account to activate this feature.
How do I know my item has shipped?
Global Golf will email you an order confirmation once check-out has been completed and your payment has been received. With this order confirmation, you will be given a Global Golf Order ID and tracking instructions. You may then track your order on our website, Global Golf.com. Once your order ships, you will then be sent a shipping confirmation with a UPS tracking number. Please make sure that Global Golf is added to your safe senders list so that these confirmation emails get received into your inbox.
How can I pay for this item?
Global Golf accepts major credit cards, PayPal as well as money orders and certified checks. Please see our Payment Page.
What are your shipping rates and when can I expect shipment?
Global Golf ships to over 100 countries via United Parcel Service. You can review our shipping rates to the US, Canada, and other countries as well as expected days in transit on our Shipping Page. Please note that you will be charged taxes, customs and other import fees for International Shipments. These fees vary by country. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
How come my discount code does not work on eBay?
Unfortunately, as stated in our emails, our website promotions are not valid on eBay.
Can I return this item?
Global Golf does accept returns. Visit our Returns Policy for more details.
If I buy multiple items, can I get a discount?
We do not discount prices or winning bids for multiple items. We do, however, discount shipping for multiple items. This is done automatically at checkout, if you do not complete checkout before you have won all of your items. Please note that we cannot combine shipping for both eBay and website orders. These are separate checkout systems which are not integrated.
How do I know this is a genuine club? Can I get the club serial number?
Global Golf is the largest seller of used golf clubs on the Internet. All of our clubs are sourced from leading retailers, pro-shops or directly from the manufacturer. We guarantee that 100% of our clubs are genuine. If you have any concerns about a club that was sold to you, please give us a call. You are more than welcome to return the item per our return policy. You are also welcome to review the short video on GlobalGolf.com (under Golf Articles) about how to spot counterfeit golf clubs. Unfortunately, we do not report serial numbers on the eBay listing and our customer service staff is unable to inspect items for sale since all of our items are pre-boxed. However, as mentioned, if you have any concerns about a club’s authenticity, you will be able to return the item per our return policy.
Can you end an auction and sell the item to me off eBay?
Unfortunately, we are unable to end an auction before its closing time. However, we invite you to visit our website if you need to purchase an item but cannot wait for an auction to close.
If an auction ends without any bids, you may re-visit our eBay store since most items re-list within 48 hours. You may also visit our website. If you are unable to find a certain item that was previously for sale, please call us and we do our best to assist you.
I did not bid on this item or I accidentally bid on this item, do I have to pay for it?
We realize that mistakes do occur. If you bid on the wrong item or someone other than you, a child perhaps, bid an item without your consent, we will make every effort to work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, a re-listing fee will be charged. The re-listing fee is 15% of the purchase price.
Please remember that your Bid is a Binding Contract. Per eBay, you are legally bound to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. There are several steps that have to be taken to place a bid. This is not a one-click process. Each time a bid is placed, eBay displays the following text:
“ Your bid is a contract 3) The customer may choose to neither buy the item nor choose an alternate item. In this case a re-listing fee is applicable. The re-listing fee is equal to 15% of the amount the item sold for.
4) Option four is the last resort. The customer may not want either of the previous options. In this case the only way we can recover our fees from eBay is to file a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) complaint with eBay. "
Our star ratings system refers to the item’s condition. Please see below for more details. |
