Can I use PayPal if I just moved, and my new address is not confirmed through paypal yet?
Because we can only ship to confirmed address for payment through PayPal, if your new address has not been confirmed but is your current billing address, we would recommend that you pay credit card directly. If you still prefer paying through PayPal, we would request please send us proof of your new address, such as your phone/utility bill, bank statement, etc. so that we can verify your new address. All the information will be kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for your purchases from us

How long do I have to pay for an item?

How much is shipping? How long will it take?
We ship via UPS Expedited Service or USPS EMS worldwide. To request the specific shipping rate for your purchase, please send email to us at ebay@globalpct.com.
It usually takes 4-5 business days for UPS WorldWide Expedited shipping, and 6-8 business days for USPS EMS. In addition, the transit time also depends on the customs processing time.
How to send payment?
We welcome international customers. We accept PayPal, money order, Western Union/Moneygram for international payments. Here’s our general policy: UK, Canada customers with confirmed address can send payment through PayPal. You can also choose to pay through bidpay, money order, Western Union/Monegram. UK, Canada and other country customers with Unconfirmed Address, please send payment through bidpay, money order, Western Union or Monegram. ** Please make all the payment in US$.

Do I need to pay customs/duty taxes at delivery?
The shipping rates we quote do not include the customs taxes. For each country, its customs office may charge custom taxes/duties for imported goods according to the regulations. Can you expedite my order rather than shipping it ground?
Yes. We can upgrade shipping to UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Most of our items listed the expedited shipping rate. However, if you don’t see it in our ad, please email us for the shipping quote.
If you are an international customer or request USPS shipping to AK, HI, PR and VI, please email us for the shipping rate before sending payment.
