Return Policy: All sales are final, but if misrepresented or not as described please do contact us ASAP through the eBay email-system and besides the question-complaint please note the itemnumber involved. On mutual aggreement we do take items back and refund the payment for the item including the first shipping-fees. If appropriate we do refund extra shipping-fees as well or note that as credit for a future purchase.

Warranties: all items are sold as is. On arrival, please check package with the packinglist included. If something is missing or wrong of seriously other then described please let us know as soon as possible.

Terms of Sale: Seller assumes no responsibility for damage or actions resulting from the use or misuse of items sold. Items may be used or old stock and as such may have hidden defects or hazards that are not obvious. We are not able or qualified to make assessments of fitness of purpose or applicability for the items that we sell, we are no watchmakers or experts on movements. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the applicability and fitness of purpose of each item to his/her particular use.

Customs: All International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed at the time a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you at the time of delivery; Vacheron_nl has no control over these charges and cannot calculate or predict what they could amount to. Customs policies differ from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. By submitting an International order on Vacheron_nl's listings you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with any laws applicable to the country to which your order is being shipped. If payment for customs charges, duties, taxes, etc. is refused at the time of delivery, Vacheron_nl will not provide a refund for merchandise or shipping charges. By placing an International order you are agreeing to these terms. International shipments can be expected to arrive within 7-12 business days. International shipments are subject to customs delays, which can sometimes exceed the expected delivery time. Vacheron_nl is not responsible for such delays.
