Feedback

1. Feedback is an important part of eBay and Gods_411 business.
2. Positive feedback is left for ALL payments.
3. Before netural or negative feedback is left, please contact us and allow us a chance to make right what you feel is wrong.
4. If neutral or negative feedback is left, Gods_411 will block that guest from our store.
5. Feedback is left once a day, after feedback has been left. We do not leave leave feedback on the weekends or holidays.

Insurance

1. Shipping insurance is recommend, but always optional.
2. If insurance is NOT purchased, and product is lost, it is the buyer's loss. Gods411 is not responsible for the lost package.
3. All claims for lost packages must exceed 21 days from shipment date before action can be taken.
4. After 21 days, and insurance was bought, Gods411 will process the claim.
5. After 21 days, and insurance was NOT bought, guest may call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and or fill out the USPS from at https://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/mailthft/mlntrcvd.htm 

Multiple Item Purchase

1. If a buyer is wanting to purchase multiple items ie. A buyer is bidding on a auction, and they are wanting to purchase several "Buy it Now" items.
2. Please commit to buy the items you are wanting.
3. Please do not pay for the items.
4. When finished shopping, please send us an e-mail or requesting the total.
5. Gods411 will combine your shipping (Saving you money) and send you an invoice.

Price Match Guarantee

Returns

1. All Returns must be received with 30 days after purchase.
2. All return must be approved by Gods411 shipping department. Please contact Gods411 through your auction for a return authorization number.
3. Return must be shipped to: Gods411 Attn. Returns Department - 830 Discovery Ave SE - Ocean Shores, WA - 98569.
4. Please write RA# on outside of package.
5. Returns after 30 may be accepted at the discretion of Gods411, however Gods411 sellers fees will be deducted from the buyers return dollar amount.

Returns: Item not wanted

1. If the buyer does not want the item order, or buyer ordered the wrong item, any reason other than Gods411 fault, Gods411 will happily accept the return. The above "Return" rules apply, please refer to them.
2. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees back to Gods411.
3. Shipping insurance and tracking is encouraged. If product is lost in transit back to Gods411, it is the buyer's loss.
4. Once item is received by our returns department, a credit or replacement will be sent.
1. If a replacement is wanted, buyer will need to pay for shipping of new product.
2. If credit is wanted, monies will be given less the original shipping charges.

Returns: Damaged/Mis-Shipments

1. If item shipped is damaged or is a mis-shipment, Gods411 will quickly take care of the mistake.
2. Please refer to "Return" rules outlined above.
3. All products must be shipped back to Gods411; item/s must be received and accepted before replacement item can be shipped out.
4. Gods411 will pay for the shipping fees of the product back to Gods411.
5. After old item/s are received, replacement item/s will be shipped out within 24 hrs.

Returns: Restocking Fee

1. If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you have opened and either used it or inspected it, and Gods411 cannot list the item as "New". You the buyer may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Example of this are:
1. The plastic wrap was removed off product.
2. The plastic clamshell that houses the product is damaged or missing.
3. The box or package is damaged or destroyed.
4. Product has smoke damage.
5. The seal on the product is cut or missing.
6. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Returns: Rings

1. Please do not ship returned rings in a plain white envelope. We have have several rings stolen from the post office. (The worker can feel the ring inside the envelope and steal it).

Returns: Software & AOP Products

1. Gods411 does not accept returns for open software. If the product is unopened and sealed, please refer to our "Returns" policies.
2. If the product is damaged, Gods411 will exchange it for the exact same product that was purchased.
3. Gods411 cannot accept returns on AOP Homeschooling items that contain software on a CD.

Same Day Shipping Policy

Our same day shipping program is not a guarantee; it is a person commitment on behalf of our company to better serve the eBay community. 99% of our orders do ship the same day or within 24 hours of payment. To qualify for the same day shipping the guests needs to:

1. Orders must be paid by 12 EST. Paypal does record your payment time for our verification.
2. Same Day Shipping only applies Monday Thru Friday.
3. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
4. If your payment is received Friday after 12 EST, your products will be shipping the following Monday (Holidays excluded).
5. If you have any questions, please contact us before you order.

Shipments, Discounts

1. Gods411 offers shipping discounts.
2. Discounts are as follows:
1. For a flat rate (Pre-set shipping amount) Buyer pays the highest shipping amount plus $1.50 for each additional item.
2. For calculated (Prices set upon weight of products) eBay will add the weight of the products purchased together, then calculate with USPS for shipping amount.
3. Shipping discounts do not apply to auctions or closeout items. We reserve the right to ship your items as economically as we can. This means we may combine your orders and ship them into one box. Please contact us with any questions before bidding, once you have placed your bid, you are agreeing to the terms of the auction.

Shipments, Domestic

1. All orders will be shipped within 24 hrs. of payment. International orders do take extra time, please see our international policy.
2. Orders placed and paid for by 12pm eastern time will be shipped the same day.
3. No shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
4. All orders shipped include a tracking number, which is e-mailed to buyer.
5. Shipping times vary from season to season, and buyer's destination address. Please visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com for estimate shipping times.
6. USPS estimate shipping times:
1. Media Mail - 2 to 9 USPS working days
2. First Class Mail - 2 to 5 USPS working days
3. Priority Mail - 2 to 3 USPS working days.

Shipments, Express Mail

1. Gods411 has the ability to ship using USPS Express Mail and UPS Next Air and 2nd Day Air.
2. Gods411 cannot guarantee that the product will be shipped the same day that it is ordered.
3. Gods411 uses these services as a service instead of a guaranteed arrival date. We will be happy to quote you on these services and a ETA delivery time. Please contact us.

Shipments, International Buyers - Please Note:

1. All shipments outside the United States borders will 1 week extra time to process. Our warehouses do not ship internationally, so we bring the order into our offices to ship.
2. Orders shipped internationally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is more expensive, but we have been having troubles with First Class Mail being lost. First Class is not trackable, Priority is trackable.
3. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees into their country. If you have any question about fees, please contact your local custom agency.
4. Average shipping time for Priority Mail is 6 to 10 days to major destinations.

5. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

7. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

8. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

9. Our shippers do not ship outside the US Borders, so we bring orders into our offices and then ship them out to you. This may delay your package by a week.

Shipping Charges

1. Gods411 adhears to eBay policy for shipping charges. The shipping charges are as follows:
1. Shipping charges are figured off the actual weight of the product plus the materials needed in shipping the item. ie. Boxes, envelopes, peanuts, labels, delivery confirmation, ect.
2. Shipping charges apply to both domestic and international shipments.
