When shopping at
GoldMedalHealth we want you to be completely satisfied
with every
item that you purchase. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with an item that you have
purchased, simply return the item within 30 days
from the order date for a full refund of the purchase
price, minus shipping and insurance.
The item must be
returned, unopened, in sellable condition, in original
boxes (whenever
possible), and with all paperwork and accessories
to ensure full credit.

receive an RMA Number prior to returning the item.
Returning an Item

Here are the steps
to take:

Contact us at
ebay@goldmedalhealth.com
to receive an RMA Number. Provide
your name, order number, and which item(s) you
are returning.

Pack the item securely
and in the original package, if possible.

Please include your
order number, name, address, and RMA Number
with the item.

The item must be
returned, unopened, in sellable condition, in
original boxes
(whenever possible), and with all paperwork
and accessories to ensure full credit.

The return shipping
charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries.

For your protection,
we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Mail
for your return.

Save the Return
Tracking Number from the package you are returning
to ensure
that the package is returned to us.
You can expect a
refund in the same form of payment originally submitted
for purchase
within 20 days of our receiving your returned item.
If the return is due to manufacturer error
or a shipping error on our part, you will receive
a refund for the shipping cost.
Damaged / Defective

to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand
that
sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the
shipping process or a defective item
will be received. If you receive a damaged or defective
item, please contact us immediately
by sending an email to
ebay@goldmedalhealth.com.
Provide your name, order number,
and item number from your invoice. GoldMedalHealth
will make every effort to replace the
item in a timely manner. Shipping charges will be
covered for items damaged due to shipping.
