Item Availability [back to top] Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give the customer an estimated time of availability and give them the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of the entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments. Tracking Your Order [back to top] When can you track your order? Tracking numbers are assigned to packages soon after your order is received. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Therefore, even though your package has already shipped, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours. When the US Postal Service is used as the shipping carrier, Delivery Confirmation will be available instead of tracking. That means tracking information will not be available for your shipment. However, you will be able to see the date and time your package was accepted by the post office and also when it has been delivered. Finding Your Order Status and Tracking Your Order The status of your order is easy to find. - Check your e-mail. You entered an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address which keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order once it has been shipped.
