E-mails You Will Receive

After placing your order, you will receive e-mails about the status of your order. Below are examples of e-mails you may receive:

  • Order Confirmation. Once you’ve placed your order this e-mail confirms that we have received your order and will include your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Payment Received. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received.
  • Backorder Notice. This e-mail lets you know that an item is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Once the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Shipment Notification. This e-mail confirms that your order, or part of your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order will depend on the shipping method chosen, item selected, and your location.
  • Important notice about your order. You may receive this email for the following reasons: unable to process your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, order cancelled. Should you receive a notice like this, please contact us immediately by sending an email to ebay@goldmedalhealth.com. Provide your name and order number.

When can you track your order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages soon after your order is received. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Therefore, even though your package has already shipped, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours. 

When the US Postal Service is used as the shipping carrier, Delivery Confirmation will be available instead of tracking. That means tracking information will not be available for your shipment. However, you will be able to see the date and time your package was accepted by the post office and also when it has been delivered.

Finding Your Order Status and Tracking Your Order

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your e-mail. You entered an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address which keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order once it has been shipped.
  • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail.

Delivery times can range from 2 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For more information on delivery times and shipping options, click here.

Upon delivery of your order, you should inspect the packaging and contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. The outside of the package may show some wear which is normal; however, if damage did occur please follow these steps:

  • Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact us immediately by sending an email to ebay@goldmedalhealth.com. Provide your name and order number in the email.
  • If the damage is extensive, refuse the order and contact us immediately by sending an email to ebay@goldmedalhealth.com. Provide your name and order number in the email.

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

From time to time, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system. Some reasons include:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notice via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. Your payment will be refunded for any cancelled items.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Most orders are shipped soon after they are received; however, if you wish to cancel or change your order please send an email to ebay@goldmedalhealth.com with "Order Cancellation" or “Order Change” as the subject line.

If your order has already been shipped, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.
