Store Purchase / End of Auction
Multiple purchase: Ebay will combine your purchase in the checkout process. If you decide against this process for any reason, a combined invoice will be sent for your convenience (usually within 12 - 24 hours). But please feel free to add more selections to your purchase even after the invoice has been sent.
Communication: For a typical auction or purchase, one confirmation email is sent (in addition to Ebay's automatic email and invoice). For buyers who pay immediately via Paypal, this confirmation will be sent once the item(s) have been shipped. The goal is to not overdo it on the communication for one single purchase since many buyers deal in high volume.
|
Payment
Feel free to click "Pay Now" at the top of the listing. Please pay within 7 days.
|
Shipping
Items are shipped to buyer's registered Ebay shipping address. As with many lower volume sellers, we ship twice a week, which means items are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment receipt. Average transit time is 2-4 days excluding Sundays and holidays, but will vary with factors such as package destination and other USPS-related factors. All items are shipped very well protected.
|
Tracking
Some store postcard listings have a $3.00 domestic shipping option, which includes USPS Tracking and appropriate mailer. For listings that do not have this option, buyer can easily upgrade their postcard purchase from Standard First Class shipping to First Class With Tracking by simply adding an additional $2.00 to the grand total in the Paypal process (total for item, plus $1.00 shipping, plus $2.00 for addtl. cost, proper size mailer & addtl. handling, on the Paypal "other" line). It's just that simple, nothing else needs to be done and your order will automatically be trackable.

Overseas
Only $1.50 for postcards. Shipping based on weight / country for all other items.
|
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Rest assured that painstaking efforts are made to point out any notable flaws or other character traits that are not clearly visible in the provided photo(s)/scan(s) (except of course for regular wear, which would be noted by the item's stated Condition). 100% buyer satisfaction is the goal so full refund if the item is not as described in the listing (including shipping and return shipping).
|
Pricing
Every effort is made to price each store listing at or below fair market value, with more common items having a much lower price. If a store listing is found to be overpriced because it is known to be very common, please simply provide the item # or url of the store listing and the price most likely will be lowered. These instances are isolated but do exist in the store, so any help in correcting them is greatly appreciated!
Also, some items are priced very slightly higher because of their "Exc" or "Mint" classification, so if you're undecided on a store purchase, please take the item's condition in to consideration.
|
Item Condition
Please rest assured: anything that should be disclosed in the listing will be. Most paper items have a general Statement of Condition such as "Exc" or "VG" or a 1-10 ranking which is defined in the listing. The only aspects of the item's condition that may not be verbally stated in the listing are ones that are either disclosed by the Statement of Condition or clearly visible in the provided photos/scans. The following aspects would be verbally stated 100% of the time: 1) abnormal wear/discoloration/aging over and above that clearly disclosed by the Statement of Condition 2) stray marks or writing not visible in the provided photos/scans (this includes hand writing on the back of a postally unused postcard) 3) any and all tears, creases, odors, stains, or missing pages. Each item is thoroughly examined before listing, so please have full confidence in the accuracy of the Statement of Condition. The goal is for your item to either meet or exceed your expectations 100% of the time, so if anything the condition would more likely be understated.

How exactly does your "combined shipping" offer work? Is it really as good as it sounds?
| |
U.S. buyers can take as many postcards as they want for only $1.00 shipping, it's just that simple! Buy 1 postcard or 100, shipping is still only $1.00. So the more you buy, the sweeter the deal! Overseas is also a steal at only $1.50 and Canada only $1.25.
| |
How many of each item do you have on hand at any given time?
| |
In the case of postcards, not only is it almost always the only one on hand but the only one we will ever have. Needless to say, scarcity is a factor in pricing (among other factors including condition). Some $2.99 postcards are very rare and will never be offered again on the internet, not to mention the higher priced ones. Most postcards made before 1970 were thrown away (since Ebay wasn't near as popular back then).

Will I receive courteous customer service? Will my item(s) be shipped in a timely manner? Will my item(s) be handled with care and ship very well protected? Will your "shipping" charge (handling/materials/postage) stay extremely low despite frequent USPS rate increases?
| |
Yes!
| |
Fair enough, but I'm on a very tight budget. What should I do?
| |
Please see the bargain bin, which provides the biggest bargains with a single click.
| |
Okay, I glanced at that real quick, and appreciate your looking out for me and all, but I just can't find anything that I really want.
|
Hmmm... well maybe you could copy the below store address to a friend who might have better luck? Either way, thanks again for looking, please enjoy your stay and have a nice day!

The listings do not fit on my screen properly. Also...
|
Some misc. notes worthy of note:
| 1) | The store and listings probably look best with plenty of screen width (ie. 1024 or higher) | | 2) | Some store features may look/function much better in certain browsers | | 3) | As of late some listings are being horizontally "stretched" in some browsers, not sure what that's all about | | 4) | After eBay's latest upgrades, any seller generated links in the store listings will now open in a new browser tab/window, however the "Research" aka "Interesting/Informative" links at the bottom of most listings are the only ones originally meant to open in a new tab/window |
Sorry for any confusion!
