We ship to all locations within the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses and most international locations.
What shipping options do we offer?
Our carrier of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages are shipped using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail Service. All shipments include online tracking and delivery confirmation. Insurance is not included but may be purchased at an additional charge. We encourage buyers of golf clubs to purchase insurance.
We can use UPS or FedEx when requested but there may be additional charges related to these services.
For larger bulk orders (over 1000 balls) we offer customized logistical services. We offer both air and sea freight to most international locations. Please email us at cusotmerservice@golfballsunlimited-llc.com for more details.
How long does it take for shipments to be processed and handed over to the carrier?
We fill most orders on the same day payments are received. We ensure that all shipments are processed within two business days (not including holidays and weekends) of cleared payment.
When can you expect your order to arrive?
All shipments originate from Atlanta, Georgia and delivery times vary based on geographical distance. Typical transit times are as follows:
- US East Coast - Approximately 2 business days
- US Mid-West - Approximately 3-4 business days
- US West Coast/Hawaii/Puerto Rico - Approximately 5 business days
- International Locations - Approximately 15 business days (does not include custom delays)
Please note that business bays do not include weekends and holidays.
What about Sales Tax?
We collect Sales Tax of 7% for shipments addressed to any Georgia (GA) postal code. There is no Sales Tax for any other location.
Who is responsible for Duties and Customs on international shipments?
Payment of Duties and Customs levied on international shipments is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer/purchaser. GBU LLC is not responsible for any Duties, Customs or other taxes related with international shipments.
