We require payment be received within 5 days of the auction close. All buyers must go through the eBay's secure checkout process
to submit payment. Payments must be made in US dollars. The followings are the payment methods we currently accept:
- PayPal: Payable by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and eCheck (bank account)
- Money Order/Cashier's Check: Selected Merchandise Only
Sales Tax: No sales tax except the orders shipped to Nevada (tax rate:8.1%).
International Buyers:
- Buyers are responsible for all the fees and taxes including customs charges, duties and brokerage fees, if any.
- Since we will mark the item's value at the exact sale price you have won for the item please do NOT ask us to mark down as a gift or at a lower value.
- We accept payment from international buyers only through PayPal
in US dollars.

No Returns or Refunds on eBay Items Delivered as Described on The Lists.
If your item purchased from us is defective in materials or workmanship please notify us immediately, then we will work with you to resolve the problem involved with your item or the transaction. If in the case of product refunds or exchanges for defective items or for the warranty repair the shipping and insurance charges will be excluded. If the item was sold with free shipping then the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
Please note that items which have been altered in any way or been used are not eligible for any exchange or return even if the item was defective.

Multiple Item Shipping Discount:
We offer shipping discount on multiple item purchase. You will be able to combine all the purchased items to pay at once with shipping discount applied. Please wait until all the items are closed for the auction before you pay.
Local Customer Pickups:
Certain items are available for a local pickup. Handling charges may apply depending on the items. Please contact us before you purchase if you are expecting to pick up the item yourself.
International Shipping:
- We use USPS, UPS or FedEx for international shipping. Usually the rate via USPS is cheaper than other two carriers. That is why we have set the shipping methods on the listings with the USPS.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the destinations and the shipping method.
- Customers are to calculate the shipping cost by selecting a country and a shipping method.
- Not all the items we offer will be shipped worldwide. Each listing indicates countries that we ship.
Note to customers who do not see the shipping quote automatically on the listing.
If your country is NOT listed below and the shipping calculator does
NOT generate the shipping quote for your country, then your country has a limited dimension by USPS.
This means the item you are looking for can be shipped by either FedEx of
UPS only.
The shipping quote to those limited countries for a large volume
items including most golf bags, travel bags and the golf clubs with the package length over 42" will be quoted if you provide us your post code.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping rates depend on an item and shipping method you choose. We may use UPS or FedEx for standard ground shipping. Please select the USPS service for items delivered outside 48 Continental States and PO Boxes.
Shipping Time:
We usually ship out within 1-3 business days after clearance of payment.
Each item has a different shipping time. However, international orders and orders
going out of the lower US 48 States take additional handing time.
We are not responsible for the service transit time since it is out of our control once the item leaves us. The service transit information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that the transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
We, the seller, are not responsible for any delay in transit time, damage or loss of the items occurred during the delivery.
1.  UPS Transit Time
- UPS Ground: 1-6 working days (US Domestic). We may use FedEx if necessary.
- Both UPS and FedEx come with a tracking information.
2.  USPS Transit Time

First Class Mail: 2-10 working day (US Domestic)

Priority Mail: 1-5 working days (US Domestic).

The international transit time varies depending on your selection of shipping method.

USPS provides a Delivery Confirmation Number,
but no Tracking Number.
