Are all your products brand new?
Yes - every product we sell is brand new and comes in the original manufacturer packaging.(when applicable)
Are all your products genuine?
Yes - all the products we sell are 100% authentic. We deal directly with the manufacturers to make sure we only ever sell genuine original products. Our feedback speaks for itself.
Are all your items in stock?
All the items we list are, to the best of our knowledge, in stock either with us or manufacturers that ship directly to you. We do sell on two other websites therefore on rare occasions inventory errors can occur. If this does happen we will notify you immediately and give you the option to either wait for stock, change your order or give you an immediate refund.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship most items within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri). Certain items may take longer to ship - please make sure you read the listing description as any extended shipping times will be stated in there. For example, certain Wilson and Team Golf items may take a little longer to ship.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We do ship internationally for many items that we sell, however there are certain products that cannot be shipped outside of the USA. Please ensure you read the listing description if you are outside of the USA.
How long with my item take to arrive?
If you are based in the USA your order should take between 1-7 working days to arrive with you. If you are outside of the USA please note that international orders can take between 10-45 days depending on your location, postal service and customs. It is also common for international items to get held by your customs for a number of days while the items are evaluated. Unfortunately once the item is shipped the speed of delivery is out of our hands, however we will do all we can to assist you regarding delivery.
Which shipping services do you use?
Depending on the product items are shipping via USPS, FedEx and UPS. International shipments are sent via USPS.

What is your returns policy?
Golf Tees Etc. is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging.
The following products may not be returned:
Custom golf clubs
This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Golf Tees Etc. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
Any defective product may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective websites. Please contact Golf Tees Etc. prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Golf Tees Etc. at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
If you wish to return an item that is not faulty and was just ordered incorrectly or you have changed your mind, then a restocking fee maybe applied depending on the product. For example, all Team Golf items incur a 20% restocking fee as they are sent directly back to the manufacturer. (A returns authorization must still be obtained in advance. We will advise on other restocking fees prior to sending returns authorization.
How to Return Merchandise
To return an item to our warehouse, we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and your eBay ID, and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
