The product was shipped as described, very pleased with the shafts. There was an issue with the expected ship date as there unfortunately is with USPS. I wish eBay sellers would be able to have a more affordable option to ship products than FedEx or UPS because there unfortunately seems to be always shipping issues with USPS that I know is not a sellers issue. The seller was very responsive on the shipping issues. I would absolutely recommend this seller.

I purchased a regular tensai blue 60 gram shaft and the sent a stiff graphite design TP-8 stiff shaft. I notified them that they send the wrong shaft and they asked for photo of the shaft and packing slip.
All they had to do was compare the ebay order which showed that I paid for a tensai blue 60 gram regular shaft to the packing slip which showed they sent the stiff shaft and admit they made a mistake but they did not admit they made a mistake. I am returning the club and requesting a refund.
