 Question: How do I know for sure which ones will work in my machine?
Answer: There are many makes and models of embroidery sewing machines on the market today.
Each are designed to work with a different format. The list below will show you which format is right for your brand.

Each of our Embroidery software contains many of the above formats.
Each of our listings on ebay will state which formats the software contains.
Question: Do I need a special software program in my computer
to use these designs?
Answer: Yes.
These embroidery designs are in formats that your computer will not understand.
Therefor you will need software in your computer that will be able to read the formats.
There are many different brands of software on the market that can be purchased and
used to read these formats.
We recommend Edit 'N Stitch 2.0 
Question: What does Jumbo and 4"x4" Designs mean? Which designs will work in my size hoop?
Answer: Some machines have a smaller hoop and can only use designs up to 4"x4".
Some machines have larger hoops and can use both the 4"x4" and Jumbo Designs.
Jumbo designs are for 5” x 7” embroidery hoops or larger.
Your embroidery machine may or may not accommodate Jumbo designs.
4” x 4” designs are for standard 4” x 4” embroidery hoops or larger.
Make sure these designs will fit in your machine's hoop.
Under each embroidery design we list on ebay is the measurement for that design.
Please double check to make sure it will fit within your hoop size.

Question: Are there any online videos I can watch that will teach me how to use the different softwares?
Answer: Yes.

Answer: No.
Make Sure You Understand What You are Ordering
Please make sure that you read the descriptions carefully and ask
all questions before ordering.
Once the seal has been broke on the software it can not be returned.*

* In very rare cases software can be defective. If you believe that you
have received defective software please contact us to arrange for the return. We will confirm that
the software is defective and replace the software with another of the same designs.
Why are we so strict on this policy?
Unfortunately there have been too many people order software, copy it and
then return the software for refund.
